The primary thrust of the Subic-Clark Alliance for Development Council is to rationalize resources and harmonize strategies that will ensure the integrated and coordinated approach to the development of the Subic-Clark Corridor. This is made possible through the synergy of policies, plans and programs of different agencies and entities, leading to a more comprehensive and cohesive approach to the challenge of transforming the Corridor into a competitive Logistics Hub within the Asia-Pacific.
